Madras Curry Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbls. curry powder
  • 3 tbls. mango chutney
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 3 tbls. fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions:

  1. Whisk together yogurt, lime juice and curry powder in a small bowl.
  2. Stir in chutney, garlic, cilantro, green onion and hot sauce until blended.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes:
Use this sauce for seafood, chicken or warm naan.
