  • 2 ripe avacados
  • 1/2 red onion, minced
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1/2 ripe tomato
  • 2 tbls. cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tbls. fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • dash of black pepper


      1. Cut avacados in half and remove the seed. Scoop avacado into a mixing bowl.
      2. Using a fork mash the avacado. Add the chopped onion, cilatnro, lime juice, salt, and peper. Add chile based on the degree of hotness you desire.
      3. Keep the tomato seperate until ready to serve.
      4. Cover guacamole with plastic wrap (put plastic wrap directly on surface of guacamole to prevent oxidation. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

*Don’t forget to add tomato right before you serve!

Be careful when handling the chile, do not touch your eyes after you have touched the chile and wash your hands thoroughly when done handling.
